Everbridge has released a new AI-powered situational awareness tool that provides incident commanders and resolvers with detailed visibility into IT service disruptions.

Everbridge’s Digital Operations solutions bundle includes DigitalOps Insights powered by xMatters, which gives Operations/IT, NOC/SOC, Service Desk, DevOps, and Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) teams enriched signals for better insight and recommendations that can be taken immediately to speed up response and reduce business impacts from service interruptions, unforeseen events, patch or security incidents.
