Allurity acquires the renowned Danish service provider CSIS Security Group A/S to enable its goal of becoming Europe’s favoured provider of tech-enabled cybersecurity services.

The acquisition of Allurity will enhance and speed up CSIS’s implementation of its strategy across all of its main business lines, including Managed Detection & Response, Cyber Threat Intelligence, Brand Protection, Emergency Response, and Consultancy Services. As a result of the ownership transition, CSIS joins a decentralized organization while keeping its operational independence, brand, character, and culture and utilizing the group’s size and synergies.
